Returns
Returns and cancellations after shipment has begun must be authorized
in advance. Such orders are subject to round trip shipping charges.
Restocking fees may be charged depending on the nature of the order.
Special orders and non-stocked items may not be cancelled or returned. Duplicate orders are
the customer's responsibility.
All items are sent F.O.B. shipping point. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged or defective parts. Please carefully examine items upon receipt. Refusal of delivery could cause delays in getting satisfactory product. It is best to accept delivery of products and
sign the receipt given to you by the delivery person noting any damages or shortages you see. If the cartons are damaged in any way, please note this as well. On the Ready-To-Assemble products, we can almost always send replacement parts quickly. (These include items from Bestar, Bush, Southshore, MFI,

Cancellation Policy
We understand that orders can change however there is a cost to
us when this occurs. Cancellations may be subject to a $35.00 cancellation
processing fee if the product has NOT been shipped.
