Limited Lifetime Warranty
Global warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original end user owns the product or 25 years in the case of a corporate end user. Some time limits apply to certain parts and components. For detailed conditions, refer to the Global current published Price List.

Bestar Warranty Information

Bestar products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship in the furniture. "Defect" as used in this warranty refers to any imperfections which impair the use of the product.

This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of furniture components. Bestar will repair or furnish a replacement component, subject to availability of stock, if the component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty. Assembly labor is not included.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use and does not cover the defects resulting from negligence, misuse, unreasonable exposure, or if the product has been modified by the purchaser.

Bestar reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as other proof to document a warranty claim.
This warranty is not transferable.

Bestar warranty is applicable in Canada and USA only.

JSI Warranty

JSI warrants to the original purchaser that each piece of furniture will be free from defects in workmanship given normal use for a period of twelve years of single shift service. Pneumatic lifts and casters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years and textiles for two years. JSI will, at its option, repair or replace any defective merchandise within the terms of the warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, or misuse.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty

We are confident that you will appreciate the fine quality and craftsmanship of our product. O'Sullivan Furniture stands proudly behind each and every product we manufacture and guarantee our work through the following five(5) year limited warranty.

In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive replacement or missing part(s) under this warranty, go to our website at www.osullivan.com. Please have the model number and part number(s) located in the Instruction Sheet available for reference. You will also need your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with O'Sullivan Furniture assuming all shipping and handling expense.

AVA Furniture Group Warranty

Casegoods are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal home or office use for a period of 10 years. During this period, AVA will provide a replacement for any part that fails through normal use. Labor to replace the part is not included. Seating has a 5 year warranty on the frame and all moving parts, and 2 years on gas cylinder, foam and fabric with normal use. Due to the nature of natural wood and wood veneers, customers should expect some variations in the color and grain on the finish and stain.

South Shore Warranty

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

1. South Shore Industries Ltd. provides the original buyer with a warranty covering "defects" on furniture parts and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

2. The word "defect" as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfection that may impair the use of the product for which it was intended.

3. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective component parts, and excludes all other direct or indirect charges and expenses up to the limit permitted by law in your state/province.

4. In the case of a discontinued part or product, we promise to reimburse the value of that part or product.

5. If a replacement part is unavailable, South Shore Industries Ltd.'s liability to the buyer will not exceed the production cost of the part in question.

6. This warranty only applies under conditions of normal domestic use. It does not cover defects resulting from commercial use, intentional damage, negligence, abuse, product modification, accidents, exposure to the elements, or maintenance that does not comply with the guidelines on our web site.

7. This warranty is only valid on condition that South Shore Industries Ltd can reserve the right to verify the basis of any request, and also to see the original buyer proof of purchase.

8. This warranty is only valid for purchases made at an authorized retailer for South Shore Industries Ltd. in Canada or the U.S.

9. This warranty defines the limits of South Shore Industries Ltd.'s liability, and entitles the original buyer to specific rights. Any warranty defined by law in your state/province is limited to a period of 5 years. If the law in your state/province prohibits this restriction, then it does not apply.

10. South Shore Industries Ltd does not give reimbursements for defective furniture, but will replace it with an item of equivalent value.

Azura Furniture Warranty

Limited 5 Year Warranty

All Azura Furniture products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

“Defects” as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections that may impair the use of the furniture or product for which it was intended to.

This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective furniture parts and/or components, subject to availability of stock. Assembly labor is excluded.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. It does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, product modification, intentional damage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence or exposure to the elements. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use.

This warranty is only applicable in Canada and the USA.

Azura Furniture reserves the right to request proof of purchase from an authorized retailer as well as any other proofs to document a warranty claim.

This warranty is explicit on the limits of Azura Furniture’s liability and entitles the original purchaser to specific rights. Any warranty defined by law in your state/province is limited to 5 years. Should the law in your state/province differ from the above, it will not apply

Bush Furniture Warranty

All products under the Bush Furniture brand are covered by either a one- or a six-year warranty. The warranty period for any specific product is clearly marked on both its carton and in its assembly manual. The product is warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase for a period of one or six years thereafter, depending upon the warranted term for that product.

We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our quality furniture and all its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. “Defects,” as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfection that impairs the use of the furniture product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. During the warranty term, Bush Furniture will replace any parts that are defective in any material or workmanship.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our Bush Furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification; intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; and 3) labor or assembly costs.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL BUSH INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow a limitation on
how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.

Coaster Furniture Warranty

10 Year Guarantee of Quality

Coaster Office Furniture warrants to the original purchaser, that each piece of Coaster Office Furniture will be free from defects in workmanship given normal use and care for 10 years of single shift service.

Coaster Office Furniture will replace or repair at our option any part or parts of the product found to be defective within the terms of the warranty.
